By accessing or using this website and any content, downloads, forms, or scheduling tools we provide (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Site content is for educational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions should be made with qualified professionals who know your situation. Use of the Site does not create a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship.

10) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
